With over 35 years of civilian work experience following more than nine years of military service in the United States Air Force, Don Edward Long has garnered a wealth of knowledge through a variety of business engagements and conversations with professionals from a broad range of industries. Armed with the information, tools, and resources accumulated throughout a lifetime of work spanning 46 years of combined prior service, active duty and post-military experience, he launched LONG INSIGHTS, LLC.

"While my passion has always been to seek improvements in the workplace, at no time has my eagerness to serve business owners been more powerful than it is now. With many in the business world still dealing with the unique challenges presented in the wake of the COVID pandemic earlier this decade, I believe there has not been a greater time of opportunity since World War II for a collaboration to bridge the communication gap that seems to exist between businesses and the nuances of the today's labor pool." Having witnessed as well as personally experiencing the closure of a number of companies from the business landscape over the past thirty years, I've come to study and understand how these failures have stemmed from weaknesses in the foundation of their organizational structure.
